What are your hours of operation?

Ans. Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Office Hours: Monday – Saturday (09:00 am – 07:00 pm). Order placed after 5:00 pm will be processed and considered at the very next day; Sunday (Off) Call Center Timings: Monday – Saturday (09:00 am – 07:00 pm); Sunday (Off) Alternatively, you can send an email and our Customer Sales Representative will get back you soon.

Note: Order will not be processed on gazetted public holidays.

How can I send my prescriptions for verification?

Ans: The methods available for sending a prescription are mentioned below. When will my order be delivered ?

Ans: usually your order should be delivered to you within 24-72 hours.

Does Health Online deliver products to any location in Pakistan?

Ans: Yes, we will try our level best to deliver our products to any address in Pakistan.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Ans: Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method by which you can pay for your ordered items in cash, when the courier company delivers the items to you at your delivery address. Currently we are providing this facility at Lahore only.

How do I pay by Cash on Delivery (COD) method?

Ans: Payment by COD option is as easy as:* In the website, select products and add them to your cart and then in the Payment & Order Review page, simply select Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method.* Then you are required to confirm your COD payment either by replying immediately to our Email or simply by call Customer Service Representative. The sooner you confirm, the sooner we will start to process your order. We will dispatch your order once it has been approved.* Once the courier agent deliver the products  you ordered, you will pay him the complete order amount in cash.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

How will my order be delivered?

What is your cancellation policy?

Ans: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we can not cancel your order.

What if I am not at home when the products are delivered?

Ans: In case you are not at home, please nominate a neighbor or someone close by who can receive the order. Ensure that they have the payable amount.

Can I have multiple registrations?

Ans: One Health online account can be linked to only one email ID and a mobile number. We suggest you to do single registration only so that you can track all your transactions easily.

 Can I exchange medicines or products?

 Ans: Sorry, we do not facilitate any kind of exchange.

     Am I supposed to send prescription for every medicine?

Ans: No, prescription is required for prescription medicines only.
